Law360, London (March 5, 2020, 6:50 PM GMT) — Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has snagged the head of PwC’s U.K. financial services regulatory practice for its Italian office.
Marco Boldini, a partner who specializes in regulation and fintech, joined Orrick to lead its Italian financial services regulatory practice. He will split his time between the firm’s Milan and London offices, Orrick said on Wednesday.
During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Boldini was named Legal 500 U.K.’s in-house regulatory lawyer of the year for 2019, Orrick said.
